Our Mission and VisionMission: is a non-profit organization working in conjunction with veterinary emergency hospitals and clinics that improves both animal and community welfare in the New York area by funding the care of abused animals, using resources to benefit and reduce the displaced animal population, and assisting individuals and families who cannot afford medical treatment for their sick or injured pets.Vision:To create a pain free, healthy, and loving existence for the animals of New York

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including for such purposes, (1) the making of distributions organizations located in New York State that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code; (2) providing monetary and technical assistance or arranging for the provision of, food, clothing or shelter needy residents of the State of New York; (3) awarding scholarships individuals for musical studies; (4) raising awareness with respect the dangers of alcohol and drug abuse; and (5) carrying on any other activities necessary , in connection with, or incidental the foregoing.

The mission of . is to provide support to children in economically depressed communities who are victims of difficult circumstances (hunger, trafficking, etc.) by supporting their education, health, and their futures.

THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED WITH A MISSION TO ASSIST CHILDREN WITH LIGHT PREVENTIVE CONDITIONS WHICH CAN END UP BEING BIG, LIFE-THREATENING ISSUES IF THEY ARE NEGLECTED AND NOT TAKEN OF TIMELY

THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES WHO ARE AT-RISK A CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES INTERVENTION SOLELY DUE TO NOT HAVING ITEMS NECESSARY FOR SUSTAINABILITY. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS TO KEEP CHILDREN WITH THEIR NON-ABUSIVE FAMILY MEMBERS AND OUT THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

To provide food, medical care (including spaying and neutering), shelter, and other necessary support to homeless and neglected animals.

TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO ORGANIZATIONS WORLDWIDE THAT PROVIDE SHELTER, PROTECTION, COUNSEL OR ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE OR TROUBLED YOUTH IN THE ENTIRE JEWISH COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION HAS CEASED CONDUCTING PROGRAM SERVICES (OR OPERATIONS) AND IS IN THE DISSOLUTION PROCESS.

ADVANCED IN THE FIELD OF ORTHOPAEDIC TRAUMA THROUGH STUDY IN THE TRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES DEVICES TO HELP ADVANCE THE FIELD HELP PATIENTS WHO HAVE UNDERGONE TRAUMATIC OR POLYTRAUMATIC INJURIES TO RE-ESTABLISH THEMSELVES IN SOCIETY RESTORE THEM TO PRE-INJURY FUNCTION LEVELS. SPONSOR THE ATTENDANCE AT ACCREDITED NATIONAL INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS REGARDING PRESENTATIONS OF ORIGINAL PERFORMED BY THE ORGANIZATION FOCUSING ON CLINICAL TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF ORTHOPAEDIC TRAUMA. ENCOURAGE COLLABORATION AMONG SEMINAR PARTICIPANTS ALLOWING FOR A RECIPROCAL EXCHANGE OF SURGEONS WORKING ON ADVANCED ORTHOPAEDIC TRAUMA PROJECTS.
